Another successful WebDir installation

Last week saw our Professional Services team complete another successful installation of WebDir for a major client.

Although WebDir is a very simple technology (in fact, all the Imanami products are very easy to master), some clients just want the job done quickly and with maximum functionality, and that's what we gave them!

The new platform provided their users with a complete white pages directory service, as well as the ability to update job-related fields (managed by a workflow to ensure consistency) as well as personal information in a secure environment.

It's always great to end the week on a high and when the customer reports that the engagement was "absolutely brilliant" and that the software and platform "fulfill all our requirements" you just know the job has been done right :-)

Attention Identity Consultants and Sales

Due to expansion of our identity management operations, InfaTech are seeking to expand our technical/delivery offering and also to enhance our sales department.

Initial technical requirements are for Novell IDM and Microsoft MIIS consultants with a proven track record of deployment.

Sales personnel should have experience in selling identity solutions (although full training will be given).

New Demonstration System

At last! Our online demonstration facility is available.

For a long time, clients and contacts have asked us to provide an online facility where we can demonstrate, showcase and provide support for our applications, and now we have it up and running, with thanks to WebEx, who provide the necessary infrastructure.

Amongst the products we can demonstrate and support, are the complete Imanami suite of applications (DTM, OProfile, SmartDL, SmartR and WebDir), Novell's Identity Manager (both v2.0.1 and v3.x), Microsoft MIIS, and the unique DeTroubler application from future gate.

Imanami Identity Management Continues to Flourish

Infant Technology are pleased to announce our successful negotiation for maintenance of 80,000 managed accounts using Imanami's SmartDL application with a major European technology company. Not only that, but the company's commitment to SmartDL as their tool of choice for intelligent distribution list management has seen them take out an extended 2-year agreement with us.

SmartDL provides intelligent DL management, with sources being internal to AD or Exchange, or from external sources such as databases, spreadsheets or other sources.
