Imanami Launches SmartDL 4!

Following months of development, Imanami have launched the latest version of their flagship dynamic group management product, SmartDL.

Current Project Work

We haven't blogged for a few weeks because we've been so busy it's been impossible. Not that we are complaing of course, but when you're running as many large projects as we are, just getting the time to catch up on administration and expenses is a logistical nightmare!

Our two main projects currently involve large migrations from Novell to Microsoft environments, both across a number of European countries and both involving complex identity requirements for success. It's expected that one of these migrations will take up to 2 years to complete due to the size and complexity.

We recently also designed, built and demonstrated a 200,000 user IDM solution for large media organization interested in deploying a solution to interconnect their HR, customer database, authentication eDirectory (and Active Directory!) and a variety of web sites, all of which require authentication. This project has now moved into a Proof of Concept stage and will be completed and live by June 2007.

We're looking forward to a busy year in 2007 actually. Our major partner, Imanami has a whole raft of product updates and new releases planned, some of which are real 'must haves' for Active Directory and Exchange administrators.
